The WSCA will review plans for new construction and any improvements, alterations, placement or posting of any object on the exterior of any Lot, or the Common Area (e.g., fences, signs, statues, antennae and satellite dishes, clotheslines, playground equipment, pools, propane and other fuel tanks (other than portable gas grills), lighting, temporary structures, solar devices, and artificial vegetation, or planting or removing of landscaping).
All such activities that take place within the Properties shall be in compliance with the deed restrictions, and any Design Guidelines adopted by the board and with the approval of the WSCA.
