The Wimberley Springs Community Association Inc. is a non-profit Texas Corporation established to enforce the deed restrictions in those areas under its jurisdiction, and will be responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and control of areas of common responsibility, such as streets, greenbelts and other common amenities, upon dedication to the association by the Developer.
The area currently under the jurisdiction of the WSCA include Wimberley Springs Section I (aka Indian Oaks Estates, Woodcreek Section 17), Section 11, Section 12, Section 13 &14, Section 16, Section 19, Section 22, Section 23, and Section 25 of Woodcreek.  Woodcreek North Map of WSCA Sections - MAP

Community Association


The Wimberley Springs Community Association has continued to work with Hays County this summer to improve roads in the neighborhood and dedicate them to the county for future maintenance, removing the burden of funding from property owners.  Please click on the map to see all the roads that have been improved and accepted by Hays County in the WSCA sections.
