The Wimberley Springs Community Association Inc. is a non-profit Texas Corporation established to enforce the deed restrictions in those areas under its jurisdiction, and will be responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and control of areas of common responsibility, such as streets, greenbelts and other common amenities, upon dedication to the association by the Developer.
The area currently under the jurisdiction of the WSCA include Wimberley Springs Section I (aka Indian Oaks Estates, Woodcreek Section 17), Section 12, Section 13 & 14, Section 16, Section 23 & Section 25 of Woodcreek.
