News from the Wimberley Springs Community Association
The Wimberley Springs Community Association Inc. is a non-profit Texas Corporation established to enforce the deed restrictions in those areas under its jurisdiction, and will be responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and control of areas of common responsibility, such as streets, greenbelts and other common amenities, upon dedication to the association by the Developer.
 
The area currently under the jurisdiction of the WSCA include Wimberley Springs Section I (aka Indian Oaks Estates, Woodcreek Section 17), Section 12, Section 13 & 14, Section 16 & Section 23 of Woodcreek.

WS Office Manager

Beth Donaldson has joined the Wimberley Springs team and is the office manager for the community association.
Beth and her husband Jason, also a
Wimberley Springs employee and a member of the board of directors, own a lot on War Bonnet,  and hope to build a home there this year.
Beth will be the day to day contact for residents and will be responsible for the association’s administrative functions. Beth can be reached at WSCA@

Welcome Section 12, 13 & 14

 The Wimberley Springs Community Association, Inc., a non-profit Texas corporation, is now the property owners association of record for Section 12, Section 13 and Section 14.  We are pleased to welcome you to our association and are ready to work with you to improve our community.

Update from the Developer
Wimberley Springs Partners is finishing up the design and permitting of road and utility improvements that will benefit everyone in Woodcreek North. Those improvements will include a major upgrade to Valley Springs Road at the intersection of FM 2325. We will keep you updated as our plans progress.

Assessments set at $120 for 2008

The board of directors has set the 2008 lot assessment at $120 per year. This year assessments are due by December 1, 2008. It is likely that the board will make the 2009 assessments due earlier in 2009.

Reminder about Trash Cans
We want to remind our residents that the restrictive covenants require that “garbage and trash receptacles will be kept clean and sanitary and will be stored away from street view, preferably in the garage or behind the residence.” So be a good neighbor and bring in your trash can!
